PyMOL for Maestro: Evaluation BuildsThe builds posted here contain a preview of the new Maestro-oriented functionality present in the official PyMOL version 1.2 builds. All interested parties are welcome to download and install the files posted below, albeit for evaluation purposes only. The production capability is intended for current Schrödinger customers who are also current PyMOL sponsors. Existing PyMOL subscribers can skip the evalution and simply install the script inside the official version 1.2 release as per these instructions. Feedback on this capability is welcome and encouraged, but please channel such corresondence through Schrödinger's online support system (help@schrodinger.com) instead of sending it directly to DeLano Scientific. Schrödinger remains a close partner in this effort and will likely assume front-line support for the integration script.
DownloadsFor installation instructions, please see the README file included inside the following downloads: On Windows, please extract the ".zip" file before installing the pymol4maestro.py script into Maestro.
* In these builds, as with all PyMOL Builds placarded "for evaluation", rendered images are watermarked, session files are tainted, and clipboard support is disabled. Furthermore, these particular builds will expire (and cease to function) near the end of 2009.
