This feature allows PyMOL to act as a webserver. Extensive documentation and examples are shipped with PyMOL. Please open
in your web browser. To determine “pymol_path” (if you don't have a .pymolrc file overriding the default load procedure) just start PyMOL and type “pwd”. What PyMOL returns is the above pymol_path.
