fit_iterations (integer, default: 1000) is the maximum number of iterations for fitting.

fit_kabsch (int, default: 0) Controls whether the published Kabsch method is used to fit or a faster proprietary method is used.

fit_tolerance (float, default: 0.00001) is the maximum residual for fitting.
