A PyMOL frame is analogous to a frame in a movie reel. It is one specific configuration of the camera and content that can be rendered and sequenced together to create a movie.

All PyMOL frame are numbered sequentially starting with 1.

The relationship between frames and states are created using mset and madd.

A Frame can have an associated camera matrix (see mview and minterpolate) as well as generalized command sequences (see mdo and mappend).
