On the Mac when you want to click inside an inactive window, say to use the builder, the first click typically focuses on the window. Then, you have to click again to use the widgets inside the window. This can be annoying. To get around this, so that you only need to click once to use a widget in an inactive window, start the XQuartz server. Then click “X11” and then “Preferences” from the menu bar at the top of the screen. Select the “Windows” tab and ensure “Click-trough Inactive Windows” is checked.
