VMWare Fusion
Linux Window Rendered Wrong
Problem: PyMOL incorrectly renders the openGL window.
Solution: Please disable compositing (compiz) before using PyMOL.
Wrong Renderer or No Shaders
These issues are all related. These are the result of VMWare not supporting OpenGL via the hardware, and shipping an old version of the software library renderer.
