log_box_selections (boolean, default: on) controls whether or not “box” selections are logged.

log_conformations (boolean, default: on) controls whether or not conformational chages are logged.

logging (boolean, default: off) reports whether or not logging is active.

robust_logs (boolean, default: off) controls whether or not atom selections are logged by property match (slow & robust) or by object index (fast & fragile).
