fetch_host (string, default: pdb; valid values: pdb, pdbe, pdbj) Controls the server from which PDB are fetched. Specify the European PDB server with 'pdbe' and the Japanese PDB server with 'pdbj'. This setting defaults to the US server.

fetch_path (string, default: .) is the default location for files obtained via the fetch command.
